1. The machine has 12 grades of sensitivity. Before delivery, we turn them to a high-grade sensitivity, generally to grade 9 – 10. Please adjust the sensitivity according to needs and the key must be put in the position of the red dot when adjusting.
2. Detect accessories that surely have no broken needles, if they cannot pass the detection, it means the accessories contain a certain amount of ferromagnetic material, and then please lower the sensitivity until they can pass the detection on the premise that the testing block can be detected.
3. According to the judge of induction lamp, if the induction lamp gets brighter when the detected materials pass, it means the detected materials contain a lot of ferromagnetic content and then the sensitivity must be reduced.
4. Different heights have different sensitivities. Be sure to adjust the sensitivity to an accurate position.
5. The machine is used to detect needles, broken needles and other iron debris hidden in all kinds of sewing products (such as men’s clothing, women’s clothing, children’s clothing, underwear, kimonos, jackets, bed sheets, etc.)
